Can you make custom decals for my project?
We usually do not take on custom projects for model cars. We are able to do custom decals for full size cars and if the project is interesting we might take it on.
Can you add decals for <Insert Model Name Here> to your product line?
We are always interested in new ideas. We have a lot of projects in the pipeline at any given time, but we appreciate feedback. Feel free to email, snail mail, or call.
Can you print your sheets in different scales?
Currently no. We do have an arrangement with one of our resellers that allows him to print in other scales. Check the links page and look for Pattos Place (members.optushome.com.au/pattosplace/).
Who prints your decals?
All of our sheets are printed by Cartograf – they are the best decal printers on the planet. They can print at a resolution that even allows most instrument faces to be legible. None of our production decals will ever be printed on an ALPS or other home printer.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments though Paypal. We also accept personal cheque or money orders in US funds. We do not accept credit cards except through our Paypal account. Please do NOT send cash! We will not be responsible for any cash lost in the mail.
Can I pay now for product you have not yet released?
No – we do not have any way to keep track payments not being processed right away.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates are now calculated automatically by the shopping cart. All decal orders are shipped in a heavy cardboard mailer to keep the sheets flat and safe. The cost for those is built in to the shipping price.
Shipping within the U.S. (First-Class U.S. Mail)
1 to 6 - $3.00 USD
7-10 - $4.50 USD
11 and up - $5.50 USD
When will you ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within one week of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to the US and 3-4 weeks internationally. Most US orders actually arrive within 7-10 days, and most international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks.
CONTACTING VRM
We enjoy racing and cars, and enjoy hearing from people with similar interests. Email is the best way to contact us. We will also return phone calls, but it may take a few days. We will also answer snail mail, but we admit the response time is sometimes pretty terrible. A self-addressed, stamped envelope will help speed things along, but will still likely be a bit slow.
